| HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE? |
1. Browse the site until you find the item that you want to buy.
2. From the product page select the size and colour you want from the drop down menu and click 'Buy' to add the item to your basket. If you like, you can then fill in the box to tell us who the shirt is for.
3. If you would like to add any more items to your basket simply repeat step 1 and 2.
4. Once you've got all of the items that you wish to purchase in your basket click on the 'Checkout' graphic at the top of the page.
5. Change the delivery option according to the area of the world you live in.
6. Once you're happy, click 'checkout' and you'll be taken off to Paypal to pay for your order. You don't need a Paypal account. You can pay using a credit card without having to register.
7. You will then receive an e-mail from PayPal and Deathgob confirming your transaction. When your order has been shipped you will receive another email from Deathgob confirming postage. |

UK: Postage within the UK is £FREE!!!!
Europe // Rest of World: You will be charged a shipping fee based on the quantity/type of product you are ordering.
IMPORTANT Please note that you may be liable to pay customs / import duty charges on your order, depending on where you live. Because this is specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this will be. You are responsible for any customs / import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund. |
| WHERE THE HELL IS THE STUFF I ORDERED? |
Although we make every effort to get orders out as soon as possible, please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
Normally, orders go out within 5 working days and domestic (UK) orders receive them within a few days of posting. International orders may take longer to arrive.
If you haven't received your order within 28 working days, please get in contact with us and we'll see what we can do. |

| Any personal information you give to deathgob.com will be protected. We will not disclose your address, email, or other information to any third parties. Any financial information is protected by PayPal's secure, encrypted servers during the ordering process, and at no time do we even get given this by Paypal, let alone store it..
We do not store any of your credit card details at any time.

| I CAN'T FIND AN ITEM IN MY SIZE |
| We are constantly aiming to expand and add more choice to our range of clothing, so if there is a garment you cannot find in your size or choice of colour please contact us and we will endeavour to get it in stock for you. |
| HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A PERSONALISED T-SHIRT? |
| Email us your requirements and we'll let you know. It's probably cheaper than you would think. |
| WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS? |
| If for any reason you're not satisfied with an item please contact us for a return address and we will either exchange the item or refund the item cost to your card.
All items returned must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. Sorry, but any products not returned in their original condition cannot be credited or exchanged.
We're sorry, but we cannot refund any postage or delivery charges incurred in incorrect or faulty orders.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing the order. Please include your name, email address and order number with all correspondance. |
